FYI: The moderators play the merchant, so the name of the poster may change
The Merchant breathed in deeply the salty air, his gaily painted ship crashing down upon the frothy waves below him. He had just restocked, and his ship's hull was stuffed to the brim. He scanned the blue horizon for any signs of other ships, but saw none. So he called to his helmsman, telling him to steer toward the nearest port. Not all could visit him out in the open waters, so he traveled along the coast and stopped at Tarantara's many ports.

Aric watched as the ship came to port. He went to the water's edge and tied down a rope from the ship. Aric then went to the ramp to the enterance and began to walk up the ramp. He got to the door and walked into the ship's hull. He looked around a bit and went to the front desk. "Hello fair merchant. I am King Aric, King of the Humans here in Tarantara and I am looking for a custom bread horse." He said with a polite smile on his face.

The merchant lifted his eyes in bewilderment. It was a surprise to see a king here. They usually had their own 'special merchants' but then again, as far as he knew, he was the only merchant currently residing in Tarantara.
"Ahhh... I know of a good breeder, and since you are King, I might as well as give you your horse of choice for 1000 gold."
The merchant fumbled with some papers. They were profiles of champion horses.
"Now... what would you like.... War horse I suppose???"

Airc smiled and gave a slight smile. He thought for a moment and looked at the merchant "Yes...A war horse sounds nice". Aric said thoughtfully.
